Key Terms at a Glance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jlbed platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and customer support functions accessible through jlbed.pro. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of the jlbed platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlbed platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jlbed reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on this page.

Access to the jlbed platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. jlbed enforces these requirements through its KYC verification process and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jlbed.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or be subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.

To access the full functionality of the jlbed platform, including the ability to make deposits and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and, prior to your first withdrawal, submit satisfactory Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport, and may include additional proof of address or payment method verification at jlbed's discretion.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will all be closed.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised the activity in question.
• You must notify jlbed support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jlbed reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, and may request additional documentation beyond the standard KYC requirements where it deems this necessary for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance or player protection purposes.

jlbed accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳500. jlbed does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, and jlbed is not responsible for any third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. jlbed will process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. jlbed reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the account holder during KYC.
• jlbed reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your jlbed wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• Funds held in your jlbed account do not earn interest and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

jlbed may, at its discretion, offer bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a bonus offer and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request will be approved. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated in each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of that period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who have previously held a jlbed account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• jlbed reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to remove bonus funds from an account where it believes the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to specific eligible games only and any winnings generated will be subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been fully met.

jlbed is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a range of player protection tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. jlbed strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders and loss limits when first creating their account. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard at any time.

Players who believe their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others should contact jlbed support to discuss self-exclusion options or visit the Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect for the duration chosen by the player, with a minimum self-exclusion period of 30 days.

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account dashboard.
• Session time reminders: receive alerts after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: voluntarily block your account for a fixed period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely.
• Reality checks: periodic pop-up notifications during play sessions that display your current session duration and net win or loss position.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlbed platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or system to interact with the platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets or navigating the interface.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or event.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while the account has been suspended by jlbed.

All content on the jlbed platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of jlbed or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the jlbed platform without prior written consent from jlbed.

The jlbed name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of jlbed. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, service mark or logo of jlbed without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of jlbed's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlbed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jlbed platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services. jlbed's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jlbed account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbed does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. jlbed will use reasonable endeavours to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee any specific level of uptime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

jlbed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder is, or jlbed suspects may be, engaged in fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• jlbed is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for cause, jlbed reserves the right to withhold some or all funds held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

jlbed collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at jlbed.pro/privacy-policy. By using the jlbed platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jlbed uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform and applies industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest. jlbed will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform lawfully and to comply with legal obligations.

jlbed reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, jlbed will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the jlbed platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and, if you wish to close your account, contact jlbed support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of jlbed's platform. In the event of any dispute between you and jlbed, you agree to first contact jlbed's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jlbed will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within 14 business days of receiving your complaint. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
